Voicemail is enabled for all users by default.
To edit your outgoing voicemail greeting go to Settings > Voicemail. You can then add a new greeting for internal or external calls.
Select record using microphone and follow the prompts to complete your recording.
8x8 Voicemail is configured to be delivered by email. Whenever a voicemail is left for you or a group you belong to, you will receive an email containing
1: Copy of the voicemail
2: Caller details
3: Transcription of the voicemail
