Company Directory

The company directory contains useful internal numbers, ring groups, and contacts.

My Contacts

You can also import your personal contacts from office 365 to the 8x8 app.

Open contacts, then the My Contacts tab and click the blue circle at the bottom.

Choose import from 3rd party.

Select sign in with microsoft and authorise.

Your 365 contacts will be brought into the app.

Searching

The search icon allows you to perform a search across all contact directories.

Favourites

To add a contact as a favourite, click the i icon.

Then click favourite.

Any favourited contacts will show on the favourites tab.
