New Connections received by 3.30pm: <25 the order will be picked up and processed the same working day. Orders after 3.30pm and/or >25 will be picked up and processed within 24 working hours. If an order is urgent and comes in after 3.30pm, please feel free to call the Connections team and we will endeavour to prioritise the order for you.
Ports and Migrations received by 3.30pm: <25 connections the order will be picked up and processed the same working day, setting the migration for the next working day, unless specified on the order. Orders afte 3.30pm and/or > 25 may need to be picked up the next working day, however we will do our best to get them processed on the date received. Please feel free to call the Connections team and we will endeavour to prioritise any urgent orders for you.
Renewals - All renewals will be processed within 3 working days of the order being signed. Renewals will always be processed as per the requested date on the contract and will be backdated if appropriate. The new contract end date will take into account any existing contract term that is still left to run. Commitment end dates and tariff migrations will be completed within the next 3 working days and backdated to the renewal date. Aggregated tariffs will be renewed on the first day of the followin month. Please note all network transactions can take up to 24 hours to fully complete.
