SSA Snapshots can be useful for troubleshooting as they allow real time playback of a captured event, with the ability to view the whole system.
To save a snapshot, login as normal with your Admin credentials:
Once connected, click snapshot in the top left menu to be given two options:
Snapshot only would be used to take an instant snap of the system at that moment. Select a save location and you'll have a .ssh file that can be reopened using the system status tool.
Continuous log will start a new log file. Set your log settings and click ok and set a save destination to start logging.
Click LogOff to end the session and save the .ssh file.
