Our new support portal will allow you to create support requests online. To open a new request you can go to http://helpdesk.dataquestuk.com and click on "new support ticket"



On the next page, fill out the form with your email address (this address will be used for status updates), a descriptive subject, and a detailed description of the problem including as much detail as possible. For example, the nature of the fault, the extentions/phone numbers involved, the frequency and any steps already taken to resolve the issue.


Then fill out the captcha and click submit:




Once submitted you'll also receive an email confirmation that will include the ticket ID:
